A few years ago, in an attempt to reduce food prices, the Cuban government began organizing "ferias" one Sunday morning a month, where cooperatives would truck their produce into the city and sell at prices lower than those at farmers markets. This guy, not too busy at the time, was on the edge of a "feria" that occupied a few blocks of Calle G in Vedado, also known as Avenida de los Presidentes.
