Church releases first five names

All 5 folks were part of the original 75 arrested in 2003. And all 5 were on Amnesty's Prisoner of Conscience list. There had been some speculation from skeptics that those being released were not going to contain these people...
Didn't Cuba offer to send all these people to Spain about a year ago?
