Babalu does not link to Cuban triangle, b/c this blog is not necesarily ideological. Babalu is a domgmatic ideolouge - no doubt about that. Cuban Triangle represents everything that Babalu is not. Just like why babalu and his type of ilk can't reconcile the position of CATO or even Heritage to some degree on US policy on Cuba (mostly critical) and their conservative credentials. Babalu (I mean all of the contributors over there) just don't get it. (but that is no news, many of them over there have never even BEEN to Cuba!). And can't speak spanish!
I believe that the reason Peters links to Babalú is to show that he is "open-minded" in regard to all perspectives on Cuba. Just by linking to Babalú, he can say, and perhaps even believe, that he has done "justice" to the so-called hardliners in Miami. This is, frankly, preposterous and greatly condescending.
As for his refusal to link Killcastro, which linked to him from the first, and even wrote a generous post welcoming him, if we can exclude ingratitude, which I hope we can, then the only explanation is that Peters does not sympathize with the opinions expressed on Killcastro and believes that the credibility of his own blog would be affected by linking it. If this is so, he should say it and be done. Of course, to be intellectually honest, he should also ask Killcastro to unlink him. If the association is offensive to him, then it should be terminated on both ends.
Manuel, as you can see this blog links to Granma in Spanish and also to Mambi Watch (well they are basically the same thing, there is very little difference between their two ideological positions) They seem to have no problem linking to Granma but they do not link to Kill Castro. Does that tell you anything? And if you have any doubts, take the time to read the commenters that usually visit here such as Leftside. As Dylan said: "you don't need a weatherman to see which way the wind blows".

I see that you link to Babalú which does not link to you; but you do not link to Killcastro, which does link to you.
Any special reason?
BTW, any special reason that you won't answer the question?

Peters links to Granma, you say? Well, that is certainly the ne plus ultra of "impartiality."
It works like this: Babalú plus Granma equals "impartiality."
And the truth? What of the truth?
There's no room for that in the equation; hence no room for KillCastro.
