FBI's case against Posada

If you wonder what the FBI knows about Luis Posada Carriles and the 1997 Havana hotel bombings, and what might be the basis for an indictment in the Newark grand jury, see this 2005 affidavit on The Miami Herald’s website. The agent says it is some of what he knows about Posada, but it is quite a bit.

But all the real documented FBI files are missing - ordered destroyed by a Miami FBI agent in 2003. That is why Bardach's notes from her infamous interview with Carriles is being sought (unsuccessfully) by the FBI for the Jersey case.

I read in the LA Times that Foreign Relations honcho Rep. Delahunt (D) is going to head up investigations into this and the overall treatment of Posada. At last perhaps someone will be held to account. But I'm not holding my breath.
